We may also share information with government bodies where legally required, such as for death registration. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where we collect information about a deceased person or family members, this is done only as necessary to arrange and carry out the funeral service, and is handled with sensitivity and confidentiality.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information in our care from loss, unauthorised access, or misuse.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law or our record-keeping obligations, after which it is disposed of securely.
